8. Who is responsible during shipping?
We are responsible for your items until they reach the shipping warehouse in China. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage during transit or customs.
9. Can I return items?
Returns depend on the supplier.
• Returns are handled as a paid service
• All return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility
It's best to do returns while items are still in China.
10. What is consolidation?
Consolidation means combining multiple items into one shipment to reduce shipping costs.
11. What is special packaging?
Special packaging includes extra protection such as:
• Bubble wrap
• Double boxing
• Protective wrapping for fragile items
12. What happens if my phone is lost or damaged during shipping?Phones and other high-value items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.Basic shipping insurance may apply in the event of complete loss of the parcel during transit.Please note:

By placing an order with China Cart SA, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:DEVICE CONDITION
• Devices may be refurbished or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
• Minor signs of use may be present depending on the condition grade of the device.
• Battery performance and battery life may vary depending on usage, software updates and device model.
ORDER PROCESS
• Customers are responsible for confirming the correct device model, colour and storage option before payment.
• Shipping timelines may vary due to international logistics processes and supplier availability.
• Customers will receive updates regarding shipment and delivery progress where available.
DELIVERY & INSPECTION
• Customers are required to inspect devices immediately upon delivery.
• China Cart SA strongly recommends recording an unboxing video upon receiving the parcel.
• Any visible defects, incorrect items or delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
WARRANTY PERIODS
• Devices include a limited 6-month warranty covering major undisclosed hardware faults, subject to supplier inspection and approval.
• Physical damage, incorrect items or major visible defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• The 6-month warranty applies only to eligible hardware-related faults and does not apply to accidental or customer-caused damage.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover:
• Cracked screens or back glass
• Water or liquid damage
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Battery wear from usage
• Software-related issues caused by updates, applications or user settings
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering
• Damage caused after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
RETURNS & INSPECTIONS
• All returned devices are subject to supplier inspection and approval before any refund, replacement or repair decision is made.
• Devices returned for assessment must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Customers must remove iCloud/Find My iPhone before returning a device for inspection.
• China Cart SA reserves the right to reject warranty claims where tampering, unauthorized repairs or customer-caused damage is discovered.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
• Return shipping and reshipping costs for device assessments start from R1800.
• If supplier inspection confirms a supplier-related fault or undisclosed defect, China Cart SA will cover reasonable return and reshipping costs where applicable.
• If supplier inspection confirms customer-caused damage, water damage, accidental damage, tampering or undisclosed issues, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
• Refunds, repairs or replacements are not automatic and remain subject to supplier inspection and approval.
• China Cart SA reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement or partial refund depending on the outcome of the assessment process.
